Becoming a Tenant Buyer
If you are interested in achieving your dream of homeownership by becoming a tenant-buyer, please answer the self-screening pre-qualification questions below. If you answer ‘Yes’ to the following questions, we welcome you to complete our Rent-to-Own Pre-Screening Questionnaire:
- Are you committed to become a homeowner?
- Do you have a consistent income from employment or business?
- Do you have savings or are you able to raise money for a down payment (minimum 5% of the purchase price of the home)
After you submit the questionnaire and application, we will contact you within two business days with the next steps.
